Certification Details AHA BLS Required NIHSS preferred AHA ACLS Job Requirements 1 year of experience Community hospital experience required First time travelers accepted ALL TRAVELERS MUST LIVE 100 MILES FROM THE FACILITY Schedule Information 36/48 schedule Nights Every other weekend No Call Floating to other units required Additional Details General orientation will begin on Sundays. Sunday will be online CBLs. I can start the traveler any Sunday that you can complete the compliance documents by the deadline. Hospital can cancel/call off one shift biweekly without a financial penalty from the employed 36/36 or 36/48 schedule if there is a decrease in census. Additional shifts picked up above the work commitment as additional overtime shifts will be flexed as needed for hospital census decrease/decreased resource need without penalty. Contract RN/LPN team members are expected to actively participate in nursing student support and clinical education.
