Job Description & Requirements Specialty: OR - Operating Room Discipline: RN Start Date: 10/07/2024 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours Employment Type: Travel The operating room nurse is responsible for scrubbing and/or circulating duties for operative procedures; department admissions to the operative suite. Adheres to standards and appropriate aseptic techniques. Consults and coordinates with team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate intraoperative patient care plans. Serves as a communication liaison to patients, families, and member of the operating team. Prepares the operating room for the patient and surgical procedure.
