**Job Description:**

- Provide nursing care in a 13-bed Acuity Adaptable Unit (AAU) where patient ratios vary with acuity levels.
- Manage patient care for overflow of patients, with ratios ranging from 1:4 for PCU level patients to 1:6 for med/surg level patients.
- Demonstrate strong independent nursing skills and critical thinking abilities.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care.
- Adapt to potential unit assignments based on census and skillset requirements.
- Follow all safety and infection control guidelines, ensuring the highest standards of care.
- Wear required scrubs while maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
