**License:** GA or Compact license must be in hand at time of submission

**Certifications:** ACLS, BLS (ENPC preferred)

**Must-Have:**
- Experience with cardiac drips, TR band removal, and BiPAP usage
- Preferred experience in vent management, intensive/critical care, and emergency department

**Job Description:**

- This role is part of the hospital float pool staff and requires flexibility to float throughout the hospital.
- Responsible for caring for post-surgical, medical, PCU stepdown patients on inpatient units and patients held in the emergency room.
- Expected to manage critical drips competently.
- Patient ratios vary from 1:4 to 1:6 based on acuity.
- Utilizes unit systems including Pyxis, EPIC, and SBAR.
- Schedule requirements include a maximum of 7 days' request for time off (RTO) and no block scheduling guarantee.
- Required to work every other weekend.
- Must float within the facility and to sister campuses if needed.
- Required to work at least two out of three major holidays if scheduled during that period, with specified holidays including Christmas Eve/Day, New Year's Eve/Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving/Black Friday.
- Full compliance is required to start on time, with potential start delay for non-compliance.
- Two supervisory references at the managerial level or higher are highly preferred at submission.
