**Job Title:** Registered Nurse (RN)

**Job Duration:** 13 weeks

**Shift:** Night - 3X12 - 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week

**Experience:** Minimum of 2 years

**License:** Not required for submission

**Certifications:** ACLS, BLS, ENPC or PALS, TNCC

**Must-Have:**
- Flexibility to float between various units
- Experience in at least three of the following units: ICU, ER, Step-Down, Med-Surg, L&DMS/Tele
- Ability to work in departments with varying patient loads

**Job Description:**
- Provide high-quality nursing care in an acute care setting.
- Document skills showing capability to work in three units, including ICU, ER, or Stepdown.
- Include a skills checklist for all units you are skilled to float between.
- Flexibility to work in departments with faster paces than ICU.
- Patient load varies across departments: ICU (1-2), PSS (1-7/8), Medical (1-6), PCU (1-4/5).
- Utilize charting with Epic Systems Corporation - EpicCare Inpatient - EMR.
- Follow cancellation policy: 1 shift for assignments up to 12 weeks, 2 shifts for 13-18 weeks, and 3 shifts for contracts exceeding 19 weeks.
- Participate in a 13-hour orientation program.
- Certification in NRP and Fetal Monitoring required if assigned to OB.
