**Job Description:**
- Apply principles of the nursing process within established policies and procedures.
- Serve as the primary nurse, accountable for managing nursing care from admission to discharge.
- Ensure competent, compassionate, and cost-effective patient care.
- Prioritize safety, comfort, personal hygiene, and protection of patients.
- Perform disease prevention and restorative measures.
- Respond to medical and environmental emergencies.
- Weekend requirement: Every other weekend.
- Floating: May float to other units within the scope of practice.
- Flexible with floating to different campuses or within the hospital.
- Orientation: 16 hours non-billable.
- Complete non-billable modules during orientation, organized through e-learning. Module hours may vary by specialty.

Candidates must be prepared to complete background checks and provide all necessary certifications. Compliance with required vaccinations is unknown and subject to updates. Familiarity with floating policies and readiness to work across different locations are expected.
