Certification Details BLS Job Details UW Health Rehabilitation Hospital is a free-standing, 50-bed acute inpatient rehabilitation facility located on the east side of Madison, Wisconsin. Our rehabilitation hospital offers specialized programs for people who have experienced stroke, brain and spinal-cord injuries, amputations, complex orthopedic injuries and other conditions requiring inpatient rehabilitative services. Our goal is to help patients achieve their highest level of recovery with a goal of returning home as soon as able. Job Requirements Role (RN, LPN): RN/LPN Specialty: Inpatient Rehab Number of Openings: Years of Experience: 2+ Must-Have Skills/Experience: Preferred Skillset/Experience: EPIC, Rehab (or at least acute care) Required Education: Schedule Information Shift: Days 6:30am-7:00pm, NOC's 6:30pm-7:00am Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36, but contract gives us rights to call them off up to 3x without penalty due to low census Weekend Hours: Every other Call Requirements: No on-call Unit Specific Information Patient Population e.g. 'geriatric, adult, peds, etc.':
