- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and strategies for home-care environments.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic demeanor while supporting patients' rehabilitation goals.
- Adjust treatment plans as necessary in response to patient progress and any newly identified conditions.
- Stay up-to-date on best practices and advancements in occupational therapy.
