Job Details:
Pay: $ per week (to be updated)
Duration of assignment: 13 weeks
Positions Open: 1
Shift: 730 to 4 approximately, M-F with weekend rotation (primarily Saturdays)
Facility Setting: ARU
Will position be required to float to other units? If so, what unit: Potentially to med surg and outpatient as staff share with the hospital if needed
Number of beds in your facility? 10 beds ARU
Preferred experience level? Inpatient rehab preferred but not absolutely required
Scrub colors / dress code: Business casual
Will this position be a minimum of 32 Hours? Yes, with willingness to float to other units within STACH/OP as needed
Requirements:
Active Unrestricted AZ License
Active BLS certification through American Heart Association
Must have at least 1 year experience
Preferred experience level? Experience in acute preferred
Must be able to provide 1 supervisory references
