**Must-Have:**
- Experience with acute inpatient settings.
- Competency in evaluations for discharge planning, treatment implementation, and patient management across various medical conditions.

**Job Description:**

- Evaluate and plan for discharge, ensuring proper treatment which may include activities of daily living, transfers, strengthening, family training, cognitive training, and equipment recommendations.
- Treat 5-7 patients daily within orthopedic, neurological, cardiac, medical, surgical, oncology, critical care, and pulmonary specialties.
- Provide clinical oversight for the Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) along with 1-2 rehab aides on each shift.
- Collaborate with a diverse and highly engaged therapy team, including physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, and rehab aides.
- Participate in thorough clinical orientation and electronic medical record (EMR) training through EPIC.
- Required to work 2 weekend shifts per month and adhere to holiday requirements.
- Must wear any color/print scrubs or business casual, with closed-toe shoes.
