Guaranteed Hours: Per contract, facility can call off up to one shift per pay period if needed

Experience: 1 year of skilled home health experience required

License: Pending license accepted

Certifications: BLS required

Must-Have: Own transportation, primary series COVID vaccination with one booster

Job Description:
- Provide skilled home health therapy services in Tukwila, WA, and surrounding areas
- Conduct up to 6 patient visits per day with a 1:1 patient ratio
- Maintain 30 productivity points standard
- Comply with non-weekend requirement; no on-call duties
- Utilize EPIC for charting
- Wear any basic color scrubs
- Travel within a maximum radius of 50+ miles, occasionally
- Oasis experience preferred, but not required
- Facility groups clients to minimize drive and windshield time
- Expected to float between all facilities within the state
- Complete pre-start and annual non-billable modules, averaging 16 hours

- Locals accepted within a 50-75 mile radius
- RTO restrictions; confirm with the hiring manager
- System provides communication devices if required; reimbursement for work-related cell phone use if not provided
