- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility.

- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment options and strategies for recovery and health maintenance.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow all facility policies and procedures.
