Guaranteed Hours:

Experience: 1-2 years in acute care preferred

License: Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist

Certifications:

Must-Have:
- Experience in acute care
- Ability to float to various units

Job Description:
- Work within the Rehab Division in a healthcare facility specializing in long-term acute care.
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a 55-bed facility.
- Use the EMR system for documentation of patient care.
- Comply with facility dress code of navy blue scrubs and closed-toed shoes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in departmental meetings and activities.
- Adapt to various facility locations as needed within the network.
