The role involves providing in-person behavioral support to students from Kindergarten through 8th grade. We welcome applications from both certified BCBAs and candidates who are in the process of obtaining their certification. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans for students. • Implement and monitor behavioral interventions in the classroom and other settings. • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure consistency in behavioral strategies. • Provide training and guidance to staff on best practices in behavior management. • Collect and analyze data to track student progress and adjust interventions as needed. • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive school environment. Qualifications: • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field. • Current certification as a BCBA or in the process of obtaining certification. • Experience working with children and adolescents is preferred, but not required. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compensation: Pay will be based on experience.
