**Job Description:**
- Provide speech therapy rehabilitation services as required.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Develop individual treatment plans based on patient needs and assessment.
- Monitor patient's progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care, treatment, and progress.
- Educate patients and families regarding speech therapy processes and goals.
- Uphold professional standards and ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines.
- Ensure patient safety and confidentiality at all times.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to patient care planning.
