**Must-Have:**
- Covid test 72 hours prior to start date, with results issued 48 hours prior
- Completion of a prescreen, resume, and license verification

**Job Description:**
- Ensure all required documentation is submitted with application
- Conduct speech therapy services for patients
- Provide therapy services in accordance with individual treatment plans
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive treatment approach
- Administer appropriate speech therapy evaluations and treatments
- Guide and educate patients and their families regarding therapy interventions
- Complete all necessary documentation and reports accurately and promptly
