JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage on-site team
Create cost estimates
Collaborate with clients and members of management team
Coordinate materials and equipment delivery
Create schedules
Hire additional subcontractors as needed
Maintain daily log
Make changes in operations as necessary
Implement effective management techniques
