JOB FUNCTIONS:

Perform or verify quality audits.
Ensure preventive maintenance on tooling and machines is completed per documented work instructions.
Schedule workflow for shift.
Verify accuracy of weekly timecards for Unit Associates.
Continue the overall efforts of Management by effectively communicating new procedures, up-coming events, and announcements.
Behave in a positive manner that enhances the success of the Company.
Ensure equipment process and product quality meets documented internal standards.
Maintain Associate-training records.
Complete production reports as required.
Assist Associates with day-to-day issues.
Other tasks as assigned by Management.
Train Associates on the documented quality system relating to Manufacturing.
Train and perform as a first responder for the assigned shift.
Other Management assigned tasks as needed.
Skills/Experience/Education Required:

High School Diploma or GED.
Technical knowledge of injection molding processes with machines, tooling, materials, molding techniques.
Must be an effective communicator in the English language.
Must be able to train and motivate others in a positive way.
Understand reporting in the area of time cards and weekly reports.
Must display positive leadership qualities.
