Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Used-Car Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive sales, particularly in the used-car market, and a proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team. As a Used-Car Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the used-car sales department, driving sales performance, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the used-car sales department.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve departmental goals.
Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Manage inventory, pricing, and merchandising of used vehicles.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless sales process.
Monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and procedures.
Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 2 years in a management role.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Knowledge of the used-car market and current industry trends.
Proficiency in sales software and Microsoft Office Suite.
