Va Switchboard Operator

VA Switchboard Operator Location Shreveport, LA (Highland, Stoner Hill area) : To operate the telephone switchboard and provide customer service and assistance for clients of the VA Medical Center facility. Must be available to work within a 24-hour, 7 day per week schedule, which may include some or all city, state, and federal holidays. ****Based on the contract that we service, it stipulates that we are required to fill this position with persons having a disability and are able to provide proper, medical documentation of the disability.**** Education and/or Experience: Requires high school diploma/GED or equivalent. Previous experience working with switchboards or telecommunications is preferred.
