Description Duties/Responsibilities: Parking and retrieving visitors' vehicles in timely manner while ensuring utmost vehicle safety Serve as ambassadors of the property as the first point of contact Open doors for arriving guests along with appropriate greeting Prepare claim checks for guests quickly and properly Provide accurate directions to guests when necessary Calls taxis for casino guests as required Requirements Required Skills/Abilities: Must have a clean driving record Must possess a valid New Mexico Driver's License Excellent customer service skills Must be able to work varied shifts Must be able to communicate effectively in English, in both written and verbal forms Must be able to maintain a clean, professional appearance Education and Experience: Prior valet experience or at least 1 year guest service experience preferred Working knowledge of both automatic and manual transmissions Physical Requirements & Work Environment: The normal work environment will be outdoors, requiring valets to maintain a positive attitude even in extreme weather conditions.
Valets may need to go inside the casino, where the typical environment is moderately smoky with loud noise.
