Indy Auto Graphics in Indianapolis, IN is looking for one vehicle graphics installation manager to join our team. We are located on 7266 E 86th St. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and engaged.
Position Summary
To fully support the operational needs and management of the production and installation team.
Responsibilities
Create a process flow that utilizes all team members to the best of their performance ability and produces maximum results.
Assists in the selection process of production and installation team members.
Leads training and supervision of all production and installation staff.
Maintains a production and installation schedule that will minimize the customers vehicle time in-house and maximize productivity.
Running production equipment and cross training staff as needed.
Holds the final responsibility of quality control.
Assistance in maintaining inventory tracking and order materials as needed.
Working with management on improvements and needs of the production and installation team.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
5+ years of related experience working in a similar industry.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Manual dexterity required.
Ability to lead a team and meet deadlines.
Valid driver's license.
