Vice President, Crisis Management Specialist

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Crisis Management Specialist to join our ERO-ICM team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary Florida and is a hybrid position.We would prefer coverage for the 12 noon – 8 pm ET shift.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Supporting incident and crisis management events as required utilizing ICM plans and playbooks.
Supporting regular engagement with Compliance teams, Corporate Communications, and the Office of Regulatory Relations and identifies, promotes, and implements any necessary enhancements to the existing ICM model.
Supporting efforts to develop a strong incident and crisis management risk and compliance culture.
Partnering with ICM colleagues to implement the Root Cause and Lesson Learned model.
Establish strong working relationships with the Risk Management, Compliance and Audit teams and members of the business line team to ensure a consistent understanding of the enterprise controls and to support completion of risk-related deliverables, issue resolution and implementation of improvements.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
Bachelor 's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
9+ years of total work experience preferred.
Awareness of incident and Crisis Management techniques and methodologies.
Experience with enterprise resiliency functions, including business continuity, disaster recovery, incident and crisis management, third party resiliency, and technology resiliency.
Ability to both collaborate and challenge with professionalism and credibility.
Strong communications and influencing skills to manage diverse stakeholders and points of view.
