Partner with various businesses including Private Wealth Management and Wealth Management Risk to understand their business strategies and challenges and identify optimal data solutions based on those challenges. Spearhead data analytics, reporting and data modeling efforts based on business needs, presenting outcomes and recommendations to Wealth Management business leaders. Partner with business stakeholders, analytics, and technology team to identify, extract, and cleanse data needed to conduct data analysis and confirm business hypotheses. Assist business leaders by providing thought leadership, and providing insights to help solve business problems. Utilize deep industry experience within the Private Wealth Management domain to inform hypothesis to test while conducting analysis and provide insights to senior business leaders. Program manage various in-flight projects across multiple business areas to deliver work product and communicate timelines. Deliver high quality and validated work-product(s) utilizing quantitative insights to assist partners in solving business problems. Leverage background and experience in data cleaning, data transformation, and data visualization. Recruit, mentor and supervise team supporting business partners. Set up infrastructure to support business partners by accelerating AD&I team's understanding of business and underlying data. Maintain consistent level of attention to risk mitigation and data quality issues. Raise at-risk areas to be addressed. Conduct periodic maintenance of existing and legacy Tableau dashboards, and Dataiku analytic models. Build and foster a collaborative and inclusive culture within MS to promote diversity and inclusion.
Requirements:
Requires a Master's in Business Administration, Data Analytics or a related field of study and three (3) years of experience in the position offered or three (3) years as aDirector or related occupation.Requires two (2) years of experience with: Data cleaning, transformation, and visualization; Data Analytics; Strategy; BI tools and coding language including Palantir-Foundry, Power BI, Snowflake, Tableau, SQL, Python, and R; Business Modeling including Financial Modeling and Valuation; Product Management; Program Management; Corporate Development; and Business Development.
