The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership over critical enterprise compliance functions, including the development and maintenance of the code of conduct, ethics line, training, policies, and various compliance programs.
This role requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of 15 years' of compliance and regulatory experience, particularly in highly regulated industries such as banking, finance, or healthcare.
The VP will be tasked with monitoring and addressing compliance vulnerabilities, leading compliance communications and training programs, and managing compliance with regulatory settlements.
Key responsibilities for the VP, Enterprise Compliance and Regulatory Affairs include enterprise leadership in the design and communication of legal and ethical conduct expectations, as well as the evaluation and management of alleged compliance violations.
The role demands an individual with excellent communication skills, the ability to influence at all levels, and a proven track record of leading and influencing in a large, matrixed organization.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and be adept at working in a fast-paced environment, providing timely and concise advice to stakeholders, and ensuring the company's compliance with critical regulatory requirements.
