The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive, multi-year enrollment plan, meeting annual enrollment and net tuition goals, and strategically awarding financial aid.
This role involves providing leadership and direction to various enrollment offices, ensuring the implementation of best practices that align with institutional values, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
The Vice President will also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on pricing strategies, marketing, and the success of all students, including those in the athletic program.
Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and a minimum of ten years' progressive experience in enrollment management.
The role requires a results-oriented individual with strong business acumen, proven leadership skills, and a deep understanding of current trends in the enrollment field.
The ideal candidate will be a visionary, strategic thinker, and possess excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
Experience in target marketing, data analysis, and the development of long-range enrollment plans is essential.
The Vice President must also have a background in managing student information systems, budget oversight, and financial aid, and be able to effectively collaborate with various constituents.
