Stillwater Medical Center Main Campus is a 117-bed acute care general hospital that provides a comprehensive range of services to patients across north central Oklahoma. The Vice President Human Resources will have administrative oversight for all human resource services at Stillwater Medical Center, Perry, and Blackwell facilities and will report to the CEO of Stillwater Medical Center. The VPHR serves in a leadership role providing strategic direction, vision, and guidance in the integration of the Human Resource strategies, operations, and services in order to advance and align strategy and structure with talent to achieve organizational goals and is responsive to and supportive of the organization's business needs, goals and objectives, while embracing the mission and core values of Stillwater Medical Center. Qualifications: Masters' Degree required in Human Resources or related field . Required knowledge/experience in community healthcare setting . SHRM/ ASHRA Certification. Eight + years of progressive leadership positions in healthcare human resources. A diversified working knowledge of all human resource functions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple initiatives .
