What You'll Do:
As our Vice President of Accounting and Controller, you'll be the backbone of our financial operations, ensuring that our numbers are not only accurate but also reflect our commitment to integrity and growth. Reporting directly to our Chief Financial Officer, you'll lead our Payroll and Accounting Teams, guiding them through the daily, monthly, and annual financial tasks.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Ensuring that our financial statements are not just compliant but also tell the story of our success and growth.
Overseeing all aspects of accounting operations, from billing to payroll, with a keen eye for detail and efficiency.
Leading the charge on process improvements, making sure our team thrives in our fast-paced, ever-growing environment.
Building and maintaining strong relationships across the company, because we believe that collaboration is key to our success.
Mentoring and developing our talented team members, helping them reach new heights in their careers.
What We're Looking For:
A numbers wizard with at least 10 years of accounting experience, including time in both public and industry roles.
A payroll pro with a track record of managing multi-state payroll departments.
A leader with a CPA License and a knack for inspiring others to be their best.
Someone who's not afraid to dive into the details but can also see the big picture.
