About the Role The Company is seeking a VP of Tax with a strong background in tax accounting.
The ideal candidate for the VP of Tax position at the company will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of tax implications on business operations.
They will lead a team and work cross-functionally to provide tax guidance on a range of initiatives.
The role requires a professional who is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and able to effectively communicate complex tax concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
The VP of Tax will be responsible for ensuring that the company complies with all tax laws and regulations, as well as identifying and implementing tax-saving opportunities.
The successful candidate will have a special requirement of 10 years' of experience in public accounting, tax firm, or corporate tax, and must hold a Master's degree in accounting with a tax concentration or a Master's in Taxation, in addition to a CPA.
Experience in M&A activities, transfer pricing, and international tax is a plus.The role involves overseeing all tax-related activities, including compliance, planning, and strategy.
