The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the People team, driving the people strategy, and nurturing a strong, inclusive culture.
This role is pivotal in supporting a positive employee experience and ensuring that the company's most important asset - its people - can thrive in a remote/hybrid work setting.
The VP of People will work closely with the executive team to align people initiatives with business goals and will oversee all aspects of the people function, including talent acquisition, retention, diversity, equity, inclusion, learning and development, and organizational change management.
Candidates for the VP of People role at the company should have a minimum of 15 years of people experience, with at least 5 years in a high-growth company, preferably in the tech industry.
The role requires a strategic leader with a hands-on approach, exceptional team management skills, and a proven track record in developing and executing successful people strategies.
The ideal candidate will be a forward-thinking, people-centric leader, with a strong understanding of all people disciplines and the ability to drive business results through effective people management.
A key aspect of the role is to foster a collaborative, high-performance environment and to be a trusted advisor to the executive team.
