The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and execution of data-driven and cost-efficient strategies to drive paid and organic user growth across various channels.
This includes optimizing all facets of performance marketing, translating strategies into detailed budget and channel plans, and driving efficiency and performance through the use of data science and automation.
The role also involves partnering with cross-functional teams, such as Product, Finance, Data Science, and Analytics, to optimize the customer journey, develop a measurement stack, and ensure accurate and timely reporting of campaign results.
Applicants for this role at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' paid marketing experience, managing complex campaigns and multi-million dollar budgets.
