We're seeking a future team member for the role of Indexing Portfolio Manager to join our Equity Index Portfolio Management team. This role is based in Pittsburgh, PA and this is a hybrid working position.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Managing assets independently within investment policy guidelines to achieve investment objectives.
Implementing investment strategies consistent with client financial goals and risk tolerance and in accordance with the investment policies/philosophies and procedures and applicable regulations.
Working with research, strategy team members and other members of the portfolio teams.
Meeting with clients and new business prospects to communicate investment strategy, discuss market performance and current market conditions.
Independently implementing investment strategies for more complex funds/strategies consistent with client financial goals and risk tolerance and in accordance with the investment policies/philosophies and procedures and applicable regulations.
Evaluating the performance of investments and make timely changes to a portfolio to meet investment objectives or allocation guidelines.
Analyzing and determine client's appropriate level of risk based on time, preferences, expectations, and market conditions.
Contributing to the team/firm profitability by assuring retention and expansion of existing client relationships by contributing to superior investment performance and client services.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
5-7 years of total work experience preferred and 5 years or more of investment experience preferred for MBAs or CFAs.
Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
