The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving annual regional goals, providing oversight, guidance, and coaching to branch teams, and ensuring the efficiency and productivity of the branches.
This role involves being a key leader within the retail banking team, partnering with other areas of the bank to support overall strategies, and analyzing branch team performance to meet service standards.
The Regional Sales and Development Manager will also be involved in talent management, including performance appraisals, career advancement, and disciplinary issues, and must be committed to the brand and core values of the company.
Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree (preferred) and at least 10 years' of experience in the banking or financial services industry, with a focus on sales in a management or leadership role.
The role requires a proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales goals, as well as the ability to manage and develop client relationships.
Strong influencing skills, a commitment to team coaching, and in-depth knowledge of retail banking products and the competitive landscape are essential.
The ideal candidate will be high-energy, results-oriented, and possess excellent organizational, follow-up, and time management skills.
Responsibilities also include driving key activities related to human capital, such as talent selection, retention, training, and development, and ensuring the branches are profitable while meeting deposit growth metrics.
