We are seeking a highly motivated Virtual Leasing Coordinator to join Flow. This role will be responsible for assisting with various aspects of the leasing process, including handling applications, administrative work, managing prospect call volume, and scheduling tours.
\n Key Responsibilities Process and review rental applications efficiently and accurately Perform administrative tasks related to leasing and property management Handle high volumes of prospect calls, providing excellent customer service Schedule and coordinate property tours for prospects Assist with virtual tours and online leasing processes Maintain accurate records in the property management software Follow up with prospects and assist in moving them through the leasing funnel Collaborate with on-site leasing teams to ensure seamless communication QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred1-2 years of experience in property management or customer service Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Familiarity with Yardi & Bluemoon Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently in a virtual environment
