Vp Compliance Officer

An elite investment management firm is looking to bring on a Vice President of Compliance to their growing team. The Vice President will work closely with other senior members of the compliance team on key initiatives, help drive projects, and become a trusted advisor to the business. This role requires 4 days in office in New York City.
Responsibilities :
Develop and implement policies and procedures
Review marketing materials
Assist with compliance testing and surveillance
Assist with regulatory filings such as Form ADV and PF
Conduct ongoing compliance trainings
Requirements :
7+ years of relevant compliance experience, preferably with private funds - even better if private credit!
Strong collaborative experience is desired and a "no job is too small" attitude
Highly motivated and Results Oriented
Bachelor's Degree required, advanced degree a plus
