Position Overview:
As the VP of Core Banking and Deposit Products, you will be responsible for the development and growth of our Core Banking, Debit, Prepaid, and Money Movement products. You will lead product strategy, development, and commercialization, ensuring that our platform solutions remain best-in-class. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of core banking technologies, network debit/prepaid products, and the overall banking and payments landscape; a passion for technology; and the ability to drive product development from conception to market success on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy and Innovation:
Develop and drive the global product strategy for our Core Banking, Debit, Prepaid, and Money Movement products, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives.
Lead the ideation, conceptualization, and development of innovative banking & payment technology solutions.
Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to drive continuous product improvement.
Product Development and Commercialization:
Define and execute go-to-market strategies for new products, ensuring successful commercialization and adoption.
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, standards bodies, and regulatory bodies.
Team Leadership:
Build and lead a high-performing global product management team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, promoting professional development and skill enhancement.
Market Analysis and Positioning:
Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities and threats, informing product development decisions.
Define and execute product positioning strategies to ensure market leadership and competitive advantage.

Skills
Qualifications:
15+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on banking & payment technology or financial services.
Proven track record of successfully bringing innovative products to market on a global scale.
Deep expertise in payment and banking businesses, with the ability to dive into the technical details to liaise with Product team members, Technology partners, clients, and external partners.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.
In-depth knowledge of the banking & payments industry, including core banking technologies, network prepaid/debit products, new money movement networks, regulatory considerations, and emerging market trends.
