As the Vice President, Integrated Supply Chain - Americas Solutions, you will be impactful in delivering IV Fluid Solutions that meet safety, quality, cost and on-time delivery goals in the Americas Region.
Your role at Baxter You will have oversight over five manufacturing sites (Cali, Columbia, Jayuya & Aibonito, Puerto Rico, Alliston, Canada & Sao Paulo, Brazil).
You will drive manufacturing standardization and process improvements at the plants and manufacturing operations upstream/downstream of site to achieve network optimization.
Partner cross functionally (Procurement, R&D, Commercial, etc) to bring life saving and sustaining products to patients globally!
Your teamYour direct team of Plant Managers (five) serve as "business owners" of their sites, you are essential in coaching/mentoring.
Your global team is the soul of our business, they are at the frontlines and hands on with life savings products.
What you'll be doingAccountable for meeting or exceeding plant financial goals and key operating performance targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis (P&L responsibility).
Committed to plant's compliance with all regulatory, plant policies, and consistent with corporate requirements.
Report on operational performance monthly to senior leadership on leading and lagging performance and act to address.
Build a culture to maintain compliance with Environment, Health & Safety requirements and a zero-harm workplace.
Develop and own three-year site capital plan and drive execution to support ongoing business as well as expansion opportunities.
Advise the development and establishment of crucial technical manufacturing processes to support the introduction of new products.
What you'll bringUndergraduate degree in Science, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field required. Graduate degree preferred.
10+ years' of experience in manufacturing function(s), 4+ years an in plant leadership role.
Excellent communication, both oral and written in Spanish/English.
Strong business/financial acumen; can balance operational execution across production, quality, safety, customer delivery and financial metrics.
