The Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced finance leader to lead the system implementation of Oracle ERP/EPM for the Global Finance organization as part of Mattel's Next Gen Finance transformation. The position will report into Mattel's Chief Financial Officer.
What Your Impact Will Be: Collaborate regularly with the Finance Leadership Team (FLT), global process leads, project leads, etc. to support the success of the Oracle ERP / EPM implementationPartner closely with the FLT, Human Resources and other Global Finance leaders to support the talent management strategy for the project implementation helping to support retention and recognition of critical project resourcesAct as the escalation point for issue resolutionDrive "end-to-end" process management and governance for enterprise-wide processes (e.g., P2P, O2C, R2R, A2R)Develop the vision and strategy for each of the respective end-to-end processesDrive transformation and innovation across the end-to-end process and supporting technology, service delivery model, people, data, KPIs etc.Support the development of a culture of continuous improvement, adherence, and proactively propose enhancements to global standardsDefine and monitor metrics and KPI's to identify and address performance gaps and improvement opportunitiesOversee the overall training strategy, needs assessments, and development of training curriculum and materials, including Organizational Change Management (OCM); partner closely with the assigned OCM resources to support successful rollout and adoptionLead and/or participate in meetings with our external consulting partner regarding business issues affecting the scope and execution of the implementation effortConduct discovery sessions with our external consulting partnerDefine information requests to be passed on to the project teamManage/oversee completion of tasks in the project planCo-facilitate sessions to develop new business processes and functional designsSupport data extraction and validation efforts and remediation efforts for testing phasesReady and migrate the workstreams for go-live What We're Looking For: BS/BA required (Finance, Accounting, Economics preferred)CPA or MBA preferred15+ years' experience in roles of increasing complexity including experience in large-scale/global system implementation effortsExperience implementing Oracle ERP/EPM at global/matrixed organizations either in house or in consulting capacityExperience working in a complex operating environmentStrong communication skills, both verbal and written, with all levels of management, internal and externalStrong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workloadHigh degree of initiative, drive, confidence, resilience and ability to influence cross-functionallyFlexible and teamwork orientedDemonstrated agrowth mindset by staying curious and continuously learning, embracing challenges, and improving themselves.
