Brunel is currently searching for a Warehouse Supervisor for a long-term contract position with our client located in Miami, Arizona . This candidate will directly on the Miami, Arizona mine site. Will consider out of area candidate on a 4/1 rotation. 4 weeks on site, 1 week off.
Hands on Supervisor who understands how to manage a warehouse and can provide the necessary oversight, guidance and management to the construction contractor responsible for running the warehouse.

Essential Functions:
r n r n Develop a basic material and equipment storage plan showing the location of warehouses, laydown yards, weather-protected storage areas, site fabrication facilities, and construction equipment storage and maintenance. This responsibility includes identifying the type of materials and equipment to be stored at each location r n Ensure proper maintenance by the construction contractor of the Materials Controls computerized system - a data processing tool that assists users in the performance of day-to-day material operations r n Supervise and assist the construction contractor in receiving, checking, storing, issuing, and maintaining records on all materials and equipment r n Supervise the construction contractor in requisitioning, controlling, issuing, inventorying, and maintaining records on all small tools and expendable supplies r n Supervising the construction contractor in preparing and distributing Overage, Shortage, and Damage Reports for all shipment discrepancies r n Supervising the construction contractor in ensuring preservation activities are undertaken in accordance with vendor recommendations r n r n
Job Scope Information:
r n r n Nature of Work - Works on mildly complex issues and implements solutions mostly through the determination of strategy and delegation to others in a group or functional area. r n Level of Interaction - Often collaborates with managers and/or functional or site leaders and has some interaction with external colleagues. r n Autonomy/Decision making - Has moderate supervision and some latitude to set objectives, priorities and timelines that may impact a department or individual work group. r n Budgetary responsibility - Has no budget responsibility r n Managerial responsibility - Manages a function or specific program(s) or project(s) and varying sizes teams of people r n Minimum Qualifications:
r n r n Education: High School diploma and 15 years' experience in materials management warehousing, with at least 8 years in supervisory roles r n .Ability to analyze complex data, identify potential problems with solutions and give accurate projections. Strong problem-solving skills required. r n Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders. r n Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in reporting, record-keeping etc r n Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel and work on-site as required. r n Proficient in the use of personal computers in a business environment: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is essential r n r n
Preferred Qualifications:
r n r n Experience with large copper production and related facilities r n Prior EPCM experience preferred r n Working as a team member (Client, EPCM & Contractors) r n Offer:
r n r n $500/day USD r n Full-time employees are eligible for benefits. Benefits include medical, dental and vision that will begin on your first day of employment. 401K matching - 50% match, up to 3%. r n If candidate is not local to Miami, Arizona, client will provide accommodations and travel for a 4 week on, 1 week work from home rotation, along with monthly stipend for living expenses. r n
