Job Description:

L-3 Communications is seeking a motivated and passionate Web Chat Representative to join our team in San Diego, California. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service through web chat- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and problem resolution- Utilize negotiation skills to handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions- Demonstrate attention to detail by accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Embrace creativity in finding new ways to engage with customers and improve the web chat experience

Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field- Motivated and passionate about providing excellent customer service- Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle challenging customer situations- Attention to detail and ability to accurately document customer interactions- Excellent written communication skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
