Responsibilities
Design and produce engaging visual content for websites, social media, and marketing campaigns
Create user-friendly web layouts that prioritize functionality and aesthetic appeal
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design objectives are met
Stay on top of design trends and technology to maintain a fresh perspective
Effectively manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Deliver high-quality graphics for various platforms while ensuring brand consistency
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field
2+ years of experience in web and graphic design
Ability to use project management software like Jira
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
Experience with web design and development principles, especially in WordPress
Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work
Understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices
Ability to think creatively and generate innovative ideas
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics
Austin, TX - Live in Austin or be willing to relocate
Nice to Have:
Experience with animation or motion graphics
Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Knowledge of SEO principles
