Responsibilities
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans• Load and unload dishwasher efficiently• Hand wash delicate items• Sort, stack, and organize clean dishes and utensils• Buss tables and collect full buss tubs• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area• Support the kitchen team in food preparation tasks• Follow health and safety regulations• Collaborate with the kitchen team• Communicate effectively with team members
Requirements
• Previous experience preferred, but not required• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment• Strong attention to detail• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods• Excellent time management skills• Flexibility to work on weekends• Interest in nutrition and healthy eating is a plus
