Responsibilities
• Provide assistance to fact witnesses before, during, and after trial• Serve as the primary contact for key witnesses and notify them of important trial information• Collaborate with team members on witness-related information• Complete documentation and obtain approvals for travel arrangements• Ensure necessary documentation is provided to fact witnesses and complies with agency protocol• Meet with witnesses, offer courtroom orientation, and collect necessary documentation• Prepare and submit documentation for reimbursement• Perform general office procedures related to fact witness management• Provide direct legal assistant support assistance services
Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent• 2 years of experience in a legal setting• Excellent written and oral communication skills• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry• Proficiency with office technology and organizational skills• Ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure• Attention to detail and ability to follow directions• Must be a United States Citizen
