Plans and prepares manufacturing production schedules and departmental workflows to establish sequence and lead time of each production operation to meet shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders. Expedites operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions; includes estimating. Analyzes plant capacity and production requisition data to determine manufacturing processes and required resources; prepares production reports.

Creates all work orders between VDC, field or external customer requirements. Releases work orders in order of priority to the appropriate area of manufacturing. Resolves any work order issues from the field or VDC. Ensures all work order information is accurate and meets customer requirements. Ensures accurate document control activities. Verifies all work order package details are sized for efficiency and scheduled for on time delivery. Answers all questions and clarifies issues from the shop floor regarding work order activity. Enters all prefabrication schedules into CRM or current scheduling tool and negotiates prefabrication dates as required. Acts as the technical expert for the duct library. Communicates any issues to the Database Manager on a timely basis. Associate's Degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
5-7 years of experience.
Must be proficient in CAMduct software.
