Job Description: We are seeking an Attorney to join our team, with a focus on Workers' Compensation. As an integral part of our team, you will have the opportunity to:
Write pre-filing case summaries under the guidance of the supervising attorney.Champion depositions and defend them with precision.Conduct thorough investigations relevant to each case.Prepare and file essential legal documents such as briefs and motions.Collaborate closely with fellow attorneys on various legal projects.Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, providing them with timely status reports.Fulfill any other duties as assigned, contributing to the holistic success of our firm.Required Skills/Abilities: To excel in this role, candidates must possess:
Worker's Compensation experience requiredA valid Illinois law license in good standing with the bar.Exceptional professionalism and communication skills.Proficiency in research and writing.Recommended experience in litigation.The ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively while meeting deadlines.Superior interpersonal and customer service skills.Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong time management abilities, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.Proficiency in research, analysis, and problem-solving.The capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, occasionally stressful environment.Job Type: Full-time
