50 cent increases after 90 and 180 days upon successful review
6%-8% of base hourly rate shift differential paid for applicable hours worked Schedule: Wednesday - Friday and every other Saturday, 6:00 pm - 6:00 am, Night Shift Benefits: 401(k) matching; AD&D insurance; Dental insurance; Disability insurance; Employee assistance program; Employee discounts; Health insurance; Health savings account; Life insurance; Paid orientation; Paid time off; Paid training; Prescription drug insurance; Safety equipment provided; Vision insurance, Day 1 benefit enrollment $500 Quarterly Retention Bonus, must meet eligibility requirements Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Operate a forklift to perform shipping / receiving activities in a fast paced environment Operate a yard truck accurately and efficiently to move trailers from the yard to a shipping door for shipment Perform in the role of Dock Coordinator as needed Managing minute-to-minute shipping / receiving activities Prioritize and organize workload using PC, SAP, communication, and time management skills Work self-directed and with minimal supervision to accomplish daily tasks Drive Operation Results Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager Qualifications REQUIREMENTS High School diploma or GED equivalent Current and valid CDL A Driver's License with clean driving record Minimum 2 years relevant experience Prior warehouse experience preferred Exposure to warehouse inventory scanners and basic equipment maintenance preferred Experience working in a team environment with good communication skills Working knowledge of Microsoft applications, SAP experience a plus Ability to lift and move objects up to 75 lbs without assistance Able to sit for long periods of time and drive backwards as needed Ability to operate Industrial equipment BlueTriton Brands, Inc.
