Responsibilities:
Lead-driven system, eliminating the need for cold calling. Conduct thorough needs analyses and present suitable life insurance solutions. Cultivate strong client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to organizational growth. Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to effectively educate clients. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Requirements:

Tech-savvy with proficiency in relevant software and tools. Willingness to attend all online training events. Active life insurance license (or willingness to obtain one) in the relevant jurisdiction. Compensation:
This is a 1099 sales position with a commission of approximately $500 per application. Full-time underwriters typically write about 4-10 applications per week. Part-time agents following our system earn roughly $30k-60k in their first year. Full-time agents following our system earn approximately $75k-180k in their first year. Qualifying Agents can earn a 5% commission increase every two months.
