We are looking for individuals who are passionate about chemical process design and optimization in sustainable metals production. This program provides hands-on leadership experience while immersing you in cutting-edge projects related to solvent extraction, chemical refining, and scale-up processes for clean metal production.
\n Key Responsibilities:Design and optimize chemical processes: Take responsibility for chemical process optimization, focusing on solvent extraction and chemical refining techniques for critical metals. Develop and improve separation techniques: Lead the improvement of chemical separation processes to enhance efficiency and sustainability. Technoeconomic analyses:Contribute to financial models and process optimizations that ensure cost-effective chemical engineering solutions. Collaborate across teams: Work with R&D, operations, and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of chemical processes into the overall production system. Operational leadership: Lead day-to-day operations related to chemical processes, ensuring alignment with Phoenix Tailings' zero-waste philosophy. Leadership preparation: Gain leadership experience that prepares you for senior roles in chemical process design and operations. Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field. Experience in chemical process engineering, solvent extraction, or refining processes is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking. Passion for sustainability, clean energy, and innovative chemical engineering.
