\n Key Responsibilities:Lead research and development projects:Work on innovative refining technologies and contribute to the development of new processes for sustainable metal production. Collaborate with engineering and operational teams: Ensure that new technologies are seamlessly integrated into production operations, driving efficiency and sustainability. Drive the development of breakthrough technologies: Research, test, and scale new refining processes such as solvent extraction and molten salt electrolysis. Conduct experiments and analyze results: Use data to optimize refining processes and improve the overall production system. Operational leadership: Engage with day-to-day operations to ensure research outcomes are effectively applied to real-world production challenges. Prepare for leadership: You will receive hands-on leadership training to equip you for senior roles within the organization. Qualifications:Ph.D. preferred in Chemistry, Materials Science, Metallurgy, or a related field. Strong research background with experience in metallurgical or chemical process development. Passion for innovation, sustainability, and clean energy technologies. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to solve complex research problems. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
