\n Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage financial models: Build robust financial models to support operational decision-making and long-term strategic planning. Lead financial planning and analysis: Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis to ensure operational efficiency and financial sustainability. Support capital raising efforts: Engage with the Founding Team to assist with capital raising and investment initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams:Work with engineering and operations teams to ensure alignment between financial strategies and production goals. Develop investor responses: Provide clear, data-driven financial insights to support investor relations and business growth. Prepare for leadership:You will receive hands-on leadership training to equip you for senior financial roles within the organization. Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills. Experience in corporate finance, budgeting, or capital management is a plus. Passion for innovation, sustainability, and clean energy technologies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
